Terms of Service

By using CardResell (cardresell.org and any subdomain, "the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. What CardResell does

CardResell provides pricing lookups, marketplace fee calculations, and an AI-assisted grade estimator for trading cards. All prices, grades, and payouts shown are estimates generated from third-party data. You are responsible for verifying prices, fees, and grades with the actual marketplace or grading company before making any transaction.

2. Accounts

Some features require you to sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the Service (excessive automated requests, chargebacks, harassment of other users).

3. Subscriptions & credits

• Pro subscription ($9.99/month) auto-renews monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time from the settings panel — access continues through the end of the paid period.
• Card Lookup packs ($1–$9) are one-time purchases. Credits never expire.
• Grade Scan credits ($1.50 each) are one-time purchases. Pro members receive 10 free Grade Scans per month; unused free scans do not roll over.
• Refunds: unused credits and unused monthly Pro time are refundable within 14 days of purchase — email support@cardresell.org.

4. Acceptable use

You may not (a) scrape or resell CardResell data at scale, (b) reverse-engineer the Service, (c) use the Service to violate any marketplace's terms of service, or (d) use the Service for anything illegal.

5. Third-party data & trademarks

Card prices come from PokemonTCG.io, eBay, TCGplayer, Scryfall, and other public sources. Marketplace fees come from each marketplace's published fee schedule. Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, eBay, Mercari, Poshmark, StockX, and COMC are trademarks of their respective owners. CardResell is not affiliated with any of them.

6. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Prices change constantly. Marketplace fees change. AI grade estimates are estimates — a real grading company may return a different grade. Do not rely on CardResell as your sole source of truth for a purchase, sale, or grading decision.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardResell and its operators are not liable for lost profits, missed sales, incorrect grades, or any indirect / consequential damages. Total liability for any claim is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
