By accessing or using CardResell ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. CardResell is operated by Will Jones, an individual doing business as CardResell, located in Bradenton, Florida (referred to below as "CardResell," "we," or "us"). Contact: will@cardresell.org.
CardResell is a web application that helps trading card collectors and resellers:
You must sign in with a Google account to access premium features. Upon email verification, new accounts receive 10 free Card ID scan credits and 1 free AI Grading Estimate credit. Free-tier accounts then receive 5 ID scans + 1 AI Grade every month, and credits carry forward — they do not expire. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe at two tiers: Pro ($9.99/mo) and Pro Max ($19.99/mo). Each tier is also available as an annual plan at a discount; annual is a billing interval, not a separate tier. One-time credit packs are also available.
Failed-scan refunds are the only refunds we issue. When our scanner cannot confidently identify a card, the ID credit is refunded automatically before you see a result. If you scan a card and the result is clearly wrong, tap “Not my card — refund credit” on the result screen and the credit is restored immediately, no email required.
Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and continue through the end of the paid period. We do not prorate or refund partial periods. To cancel, use the account menu inside the app.
Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Credits never expire, so unused credits remain on your account indefinitely.
AI grade estimates are not refundable if a professional grader (PSA, CGC, BGS) later disagrees. Our AI grade is a photo-based estimate, disclosed as such at the point of purchase, and the credit is spent whether or not the estimate matches a subsequent professional grade.

AI Grading Estimates are informational estimates only and are not official PSA, BGS, CGC, or any other professional grading service grades. Results depend on image quality and may not reflect the actual grade a professional service would assign. CardResell is not affiliated with PSA, BGS, CGC, SGC, or ACE Grading. Always verify grading outcomes through a professional grading service before making significant financial decisions.
Platform fees and card price data are updated periodically but may not reflect real-time changes. Every fee row on a card's Net Payout tile shows the month we last verified it against the source; the full schedule and cadence lives on our Accuracy page. Always verify current fee rates directly with the respective platform before listing your cards. CardResell disclaims all liability for financial decisions made based on fee estimates displayed in the app.
Some links within the Service (including links to selling platforms such as eBay and TCGplayer) are affiliate links. We may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. Affiliate relationships do not influence the fee calculations, ranking order, or grading estimates displayed.
All app code, design, and original content are owned by CardResell / Will Jones. Card images, set data, and market prices are sourced from third-party providers (PokemonTCG.io, TCG Price Lookup, Scryfall, YGOProDeck) under their respective licenses and are used for informational purposes only. Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Lorcana, and One Piece are trademarks of their respective owners. CardResell is not affiliated with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Wizards of the Coast, Konami, Disney, or Bandai.
CardResell reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Failed-scan credit refunds under Section 4 still apply to accounts terminated for reasons other than fraud or abuse.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CardResell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including lost profits from card sales or grading decisions made based on app data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively in the state courts of Manatee County, Florida, or the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida (Tampa Division), and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. You agree that any claim must be brought in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class or representative action. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision.
