Yes. Verify your email and you get 10 ID scans + 1 AI Grade to start, then 5 ID scans + 1 AI Grade every month, forever. No card required, no trial expiry. If you sell a few cards a month, that may be all you need. Free-tier venue ranking shows eBay and TCGplayer.

Card price lookup keeps working — that's unmetered on every tier. Only the ID scan and AI Grade features pause until your next monthly refill or until you buy a one-time top-up pack. Nothing gets deleted, and your unused credits from previous months carry forward.

No. Monthly credits from Free or paid plans and one-time credit packs all carry forward indefinitely. If you cancel a paid plan, any credits you still have stay with you.

Failed-scan refunds are the only refunds we issue. If our scanner can't confidently identify a card, the credit refunds automatically before you see a result. Wrong result? Tap “Not my card — refund credit” on the result screen and the credit is restored immediately — no email required.

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime from inside the app and run through the end of the paid period. We do not prorate or refund partial periods. Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased. Credits never expire, so anything you buy stays on your account. Full policy in our Terms.

Yes. Sign in, open the profile menu (top right) and click Manage billing — that opens the Stripe billing portal where you can cancel, update your payment method or download invoices. Access runs to the end of the period you've already paid for. We don't prorate, and you don't need to email us. The will@cardresell.org address is for billing problems, not the cancel button.

It's a screening tool, not a professional grade. Use it to decide whether it's worth paying $30+ to submit a card to PSA/BGS/CGC, not to price finished inventory. We don't have a published validation set yet (planned: 100-card gold-set audit). Our Accuracy page covers our known limits honestly.

No. Ranking is by net payout, full stop — the same math runs whether or not we have an affiliate relationship with the winning venue. eBay and TCGplayer are both affiliate partners, and plenty of the venues we rank are not. Affiliate relationships play no part in the ordering — the fee formulas, shipping assumptions, and freshness rules are all published on our Accuracy page so you can check the math yourself.

No. CardResell is a comparison tool. We don't buy your cards, we don't hold your funds, and we don't handle shipping. You keep your cards, you list on whichever venue we recommend (or any other), and the buyer pays that venue directly. Payments to CardResell for a paid plan go through Stripe.

Just the image you upload, encrypted in transit, only for the duration of the identification/grading request. OpenAI doesn't train on API-mode traffic. We don't retain the image after the request completes. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
